Services
Design services are provided as described in the proposal or invoice for your project. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payments and deposits
A deposit reserves your place in the project calendar and is non-refundable once design work has started. Remaining balances are due before launch or file handoff. Payment plans are available on request.
Client responsibilities
Timely delivery of content, images, and feedback keeps your project on schedule. Extended delays may require rescheduling your launch date.
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted separately.
Digital products and templates
Templates and digital downloads are licensed for use by a single business and may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged. Because of their digital nature, these purchases are final.
Ownership
Upon final payment, you own the finished design as delivered for your business. The Build Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
